London, October 1, 2026 - Chubb today announced the appointment of Paul Jones as Head of Accident & Health (A&H) for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), effective from 1st October.
Based in Madrid, Paul will lead Chubb's A&H business across EMEA, with responsibility for setting and delivering its growth strategy. He will focus on bringing the full strength of Chubb's A&H capabilities to corporate clients, affinity groups and consumers, deepening key relationships while leveraging the full breadth of Chubb's proposition to identify opportunities for growth across established and emerging markets.
Paul has been Head of Corporate A&H, EMEA since October 2025 and has held a number of senior roles at Chubb. He joined in 2018 as Head of Travel, EMEA and then led the Small Commercial and Middle Market division. In 2022, he moved to Madrid to lead the EMEA Underwriting & Servicing Centre and develop Chubb’s regional capabilities. Before joining Chubb, Paul held senior leadership positions at Aon and AIG.
