Chubb Flexible Benefits Direct is designed to be simple and cost-effective. Brokerage firms are provided with a bespoke digital link, which can then be shared with their clients and employees, either as a standalone proposition or alongside their wider benefits platform. Employees select the coverage they require, while Chubb manages the end-to-end journey, including premium collection, document issuance and claims handling.
The proposition supports employers looking to enhance their benefits offering, attract talent and support employee well-being, while reducing administration through an entirely online journey.
