London, August 10, 2026 - Chubb today announced the appointment of Ed Nicklin as Head of Major Accounts Division for UK and Ireland (UK&I). Ed assumes the role following the retirement of Nick Lee, who led the division for over 6 years.
In this role, Ed will be responsible for the Major Accounts Division across UK&I, leading Chubb's relationships with some of its largest clients and working closely with broker partners to deliver tailored insurance solutions and services.
Ed brings more than 20 years of insurance industry experience to the position. He joined Chubb 4 years ago, most recently serving as Global Client Executive for UK&I, a role in which he was responsible for managing and developing relationships with Major Accounts clients and shaping strategies to drive growth within the division. Prior to Chubb, he held a range of client relationship and business development roles at several leading insurers including Zurich and RSA.
