LONDON, May 8, 2025 – Chubb today announced the appointment of Carla Orejas as Head of Major Accounts and Distribution for Continental Europe, Middle East and North Africa (CEMENA) effective 2 June 2025.
In her new role, Orejas will collaborate closely with regional and country leadership to enhance and implement Chubb's distribution strategy, cultivating a strong sales culture across underwriting and distribution. In addition, to driving growth within our Major Accounts segment in CEMENA.

With 15 years of industry experience Orejas has held several senior leadership roles at HDI Global, most recently serving as Chief Commercial Officer. She began her insurance career in Chile with Aon.
Orejas holds a degree in Corporate Public Relations, Communication, and Marketing from UNIACC University in Chile.
Based in Paris, Orejas will report directly to Peter Kelaher.
