STOCKHOLM, September 30, 2024 – Chubb today announced the opening of a new office in Gothenburg, in southwest Sweden. Based in Gothenburg are three new appointments as Chubb continues to invest in building its presence across the Nordic countries to support brokers and clients.
Henrik Johnsson is appointed Property and Construction Underwriter and joins Chubb from If Insurance where he was Major Accounts Property Underwriter servicing the Nordics and has 24 years of industry experience. The appointment is effective 27 September 2024.
Tony Lindo is appointed Property and Construction Underwriter and joins Chubb from Trygg-Hansa where he was Construction & Engineering Underwriter and has 19 years of industry experience. The appointment is effective 10 October 2024.
Samuel Engström is appointed Middle Market Segment Leader, responsible driving growth in the middle market, Engström joins Chubb from WTW where he was Client Executive and Head of International for the last 13 years. The appointment is effective 1 January 2025.
Johnsson, Lindo and Engström will report to Anna Källs. Country Manager for Sweden and Finland.
Gothenburg is now the fifth Chubb office in the Nordics. Other Chubb Nordic offices are in Stockholm, Helsinki, Oslo and Copenhagen.
