Chubb today announced that Diane Davidson, Head of eBroking, UK and Ireland and Helen Troman, Head of Cleantech, Europe, Asia, Eurasia, Africa and Latin America have been included in Insurance Business Magazine’s 2016 Women of Influence list for the UK insurance industry.
Insurance Business surveyed readers and reached out to top organisations in the industry to uncover the list of 30 women whose personal and professional achievements have earned them a place among the industry’s best. Chubb is one of only three organisations with two entries in the list. According to Insurance Business, Diane Davidson has been included in the list as a “true digital leader”, an accomplishment made possible by “Chubb’s inclusive environment” while Helen Troman’s leadership has helped Chubb build “an established profile within the European cleantech market.”
Andrew Kendrick, Regional President for Chubb in Europe, said:
“At Chubb we passionately believe that, to stay relevant and succeed, the industry’s workforce must be as diverse as our clients we serve and as the world we do business in. We are therefore committed to encouraging an inclusive working environment with equal opportunities for all – and gender equality remains a very important factor in this. Diane and Helen, with 25 years of service at Chubb between them, are two of our best ambassadors in the region and I congratulate them both.”
