Chubb appoints accident and health leadership team in the UK and Ireland

LONDONMarch 3, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Chubb today announced the appointment of its accident and health (A&H) insurance leadership team in the UK and Ireland with immediate effect.

Bruce Robertson has been appointed to the role of Head of Accident and Health for the UK and Ireland. In his new role, Bruce, formerly A&H Manager, UK and Ireland for legacy Chubb, will be responsible for the performance and future development of Chubb's accident and health business in the UK and Ireland.

Bruce has 25 years of underwriting and broking experience. He joined legacy Chubb in 2012 from Axa Assistance where he was Head of Marketing and Product Development. In his new role, he will be based in London, reporting to Drazen Jaksic, Senior Vice President, Accident and Health for Chubb in Europe and Eurasia and Africa with a matrix line to David Robinson, Executive Vice President, Europe and Division President, UK and Ireland for Chubb.

The following appointments roles will report to Bruce Robertson:

  • Janene Blizzard, formerly Head of Global Accounts Division, UK and Ireland, for legacy ACE, will serve in the same position for Chubb, based in London.
  • Chris Conyard, formerly Head of Corporate Risk, UK and Ireland, for legacy ACE, will serve in the same position for Chubb, based in London.
  • Vicky Wood, Underwriting Services Manager, UK, based in Leeds. Vicky served in the same position for legacy Chubb.
  • Jean Paul Broodbakker, formerly UK and Ireland Group Manager for legacy Chubb, will serve as Head of Strategic Account Management, UK, for Chubb, based in London.
  • Emma Bennett, formerly Head of Affinity UK&I for legacy ACE will serve in the same position for Chubb, based in Crawley.
  • Shane Guerin, formerly A&H Manager, Ireland for legacy ACE, will serve in the same position for Chubb, based in Dublin.
