Chubb recognised for outstanding service to UK captives for fourth consecutive year

This year Chubb won Insurer of the Year at the UK Captive Services Awards. This most prestigious of all the awards contested by insurers recognises excellence across companies' captive-related services and demonstrates consistent customer satisfaction, a willingness to address the unique needs and challenges faced by clients, profitable growth and innovation in terms of both product and service delivery.

Chubb also won the "Customer care in fronting" award which recognises and rewards captive insurance service providers that have demonstrated exceptional customer service and international capabilities. This is the third time in the last four years the company (as legacy ACE) has won the Customer Care in Fronting award in the UK. It has won it for three consecutive years at the US Captive Services Awards.

The judging panel was made up of ten well respected industry professionals who were carefully selected for their wealth of experience and expertise, as well as their absence of conflicts of interest. The panel concluded that Chubb has outperformed its peers in the areas of business functionality, customised arrangements, ease of access to information, reporting, communication and team and multinational capabilities.  Chubb demonstrated superior efficiency and expertise in customer care as well as easy accessibility of its team.
