FRANKFURT, Germany--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ACE Group today announced the appointment of Udo Wegerhoff as Environmental Insurance Manager for its Germanic region as it strengthens its environmental offering across Continental Europe.
Udo Wegerhoff will hold responsibility for the development of ACE’s environmental liability insurance operations throughout the Germanic region. He will report to Andreas Wania, Country President, ACE Germany, and to Dorothee Prunier, Environmental Risk Manager for Continental Europe. He takes up his new role with immediate effect and will be based in Cologne.
Udo Wegerhoff has 21 years of insurance industry experience, many of which have been spent in environmental insurance. In his most recent role at a large international insurer, he was responsible for the development and implementation of new solutions for environmental risks in areas such as biodiversity. Before moving in to the insurance industry, he spent several years as an environmental engineer.
