GLASGOW, Scotland--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ACE Group today announced the promotion of Gordon Knox, Senior Casualty Underwriter, to the position of Casualty Manager, Scotland, as it continues to invest in building its liability insurance capabilities across the country.
In his new role, Gordon will be responsible for the overall management and growth of ACE’s significant casualty portfolio in Scotland, with a particular focus on client engagement and the maintenance and development of broker-focused working practices. Gordon has 14 years of experience in the UK insurance industry and joined ACE in 2007 as Senior Casualty Underwriter. Prior to joining ACE, he spent nine years with AIG’s casualty team.
Reporting to Andy Macfarlane, Regional Manager, Scotland, and to Mark Roberts, UK & Ireland Casualty Manager, Gordon will be based in ACE’s Glasgow office and takes up his new role with immediate effect.
