ACE Recognised for Outstanding Customer Service to Captives
UK team wins Captive Services Award

LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ACE Group today announced that it has been recognised for its market-leading service to captive clients as it continues to invest in building its multinational proposition across Europe.

ACE was the winner of the ‘Best customer service in a fronting insurer’ award at the inaugural UK Captive Services Awards, which recognise excellence in the delivery and management of captive insurance services. The judging panel included representatives from major multinational and UK companies across a variety of industries, including construction, logistics, manufacturing, retail and leisure. The panel agreed that ACE has outperformed its peers in this vital area.

Clive Hassett, Director of Multinational Services at ACE, said:

“This accolade is testament to our continued commitment to raising the bar in terms of standards of service for multinational clients, not just in the UK but right across Europe and the entire global ACE network.

“Winning this award proves that our investment is paying dividends for our clients and underlines the value of our unique infrastructure of Multinational National Service Units (MSUs) and Client Service Executives who combine high levels of service performance with wide knowledge of insurance regulations globally.”

Phil Sharpe, Chief Operating Officer, UK & Ireland, at ACE, said:

“We have made substantial investment in our multinational proposition in the UK in recent years and measure our performance against a broad set of clearly defined service standards, ranging from policy and certificate issuance to funds transfer to captives.

“This unwavering commitment to service delivery is combined with investment in market-leading technology and, in particular, ACE Worldview, a unique portal that provides clients with real-time information on all aspects of their multinational programme regardless of size or complexity.”

ACE designs and implements captive programmes with capabilities extending across multiple classes of business and countries. Its offering ranges from full or partial risk transfer to fully fronted programmes working with clients' captives or ACE's internal rent-a-captive services.
